We take great pride in offering you one-of-a-kind handcrafted sarees. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return and Exchange Policy

No returns or exchanges are accepted for change of mind or color preference. Each saree is unique and crafted with care.

Custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

We encourage you to make a purchase only after thoughtful consideration. You can request a video call before finalizing your order for better clarity.
Returns for defective or incorrect items:
If your saree is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, we will accept the return for a full refund to your original payment method. However, we will not process a refund or return for any item that does not meet the conditions outlined below.
7-Day Return Eligibility (for defective/incorrect items only)
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return only if:

The item is defective or damaged, or
-
You received the wrong item.
Conditions for Return:

Item must be unworn and unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase.

A mandatory unboxing video (without cuts or edits) showing the condition of the item immediately upon receiptis required.

Clear, untampered images/videos of the defect or incorrect item must be provided.
If these conditions are not met, no return, refund, or exchange will be accepted.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@rareweaves.in within 48 hours of receiving your product.
You must then send the item to the following address:

Important:
If you do not contact us and follow these steps first, we will not accept the return or process a refund.
Damages and Issues

Immediate inspection upon receipt is required.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours with the following:-
Unboxing video (without edits) showing the condition of the item immediately upon opening.

Clear, high-quality images/videos showing the defect or incorrect item.

Failure to submit these proofs will result in the rejection of the return and no refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Custom-made or made-to-order sarees

Sale items
-
Gift cards
-
Items with missing or tampered tags

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or improper care
We will not accept returns for items that appear to have been used in any way, including being worn or washed. This includes any damage caused by improper care (e.g., hand washing, improper storage).
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of each saree, we do not offer exchanges for the same design.
If you'd like a different item due to any reasons listed under the eligibility of return, please complete the return process (if eligible), and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union:
You may return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item meets the return conditions (unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, a full refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- Please provide the invoice of your return shipment either via email or to our address to get it reiumbursed from us.
