1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping services within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number if applicable.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 5-7 business days from the dispatch date.

  • Express Shipping: Typically delivers within 2-4 business days from the dispatch date.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability.

Please note: During high-demand periods (such as sales or festivals), shipping times may be slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available for orders above ₹4,000 within India.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track your order status anytime through the tracking link provided.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please make sure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us at hello@rareweaves.in as soon as possible.

  • Delayed Shipments: Occasionally, there may be delays due to weather, public holidays, or courier-related issues. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Rare Weaves cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@rareweaves.in. We will work with the courier company to resolve the issue and ensure a refund is processed if necessary. Unfortunately, due to the uniqueness of our designs, we will not be able to replace the product.
