Each saree is woven with care over a long period of time and is one-of-a-kind. We cannot exchange it for the same design. Hence, we DO NOT accept any returns or EXCHANGES. We encourage you to order after thoughtful consideration. You can also place a video call before finalization. However, if a return is necessary due to any defect or damage, we will accept the return for a full refund to your original payment method.

Custom-made orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
